Salesforce @ Dreamforce

For Dreamforce—the largest enterprise tech conference in the world, our team created a fully produced gameshow as well as a theater presentation and several interactive customer experiences showcasing how Salesforce’s AI-driven CRM solutions help them create customer magic. I was involved in early creative sprints with the Salesforce team to dream up ideas for the Customer 360 activation zone, landing on a whimsical gameshow concept that delighted audiences while educating them on the world’s #1 AI CRM solution. I also led creative for 7 Customer Experience zones, each featuring high-touch, digital interactive pieces designed to showcase how Salesforce’s customers transformed their lines of business through Einstein AI solutions built into products like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Notable companies and organizations included Spotify, AAA, Williams-Sonoma, and MLB Texas Rangers.
